Full-Time Design / UX / Product Leader

Here is what we need….

• Navigator of Forest & Trees. Someone who can steer a web application at the highest level and obsess at the pixel level.
• Passion for form + function. Someone who cares as much about how it works as how it looks. Maybe more.
• User advocate. They depend on you to make this product work for them, and speak for their wants & needs. Be strong.
• Writer. Copy is part of the UI, and you’ll write it. Also, your team is co-located so you’ll have to make sure those emails are clear as a bell.
• Organized. The ability to organize high-level thoughts, be it wireframes, sketches or whatever is essential. If you have ideas, you must be able to explain them visually.
• Interaction design. There is a conversation that happens between a user and the app. It’s your job to make sure that experience is clear and free of unwanted surprises.
• Master craftsman. Straight up, you gotta have a strong understanding of front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). You don’t have to write them, but you should be familiar with how they work.
• Artist. You can craft a beautiful UI. We all love nice things. Make this app look like Charlize Theron.
