Job Description

Athletics, a design collective based in New York City, is seeking a front-end web developer with an eye for design and strong communication skills. You will be working in our studio to develop a variety of high profile web projects. Your code will power tens of millions of pageviews per month.Requirements:

  • High level of expertise with HTML, CSS, Javscript/jQuery
  • Experience with Git and Subversion
  • Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong writing skills
  • A passion for the web

Would be a plus:

  • Experience working in complex dev environments
  • WordPress, PHP and Cakephp experience
  • HTML5 and the mobile web experience

This is a contract position to start, but we’re interested in turning this into a full-time position.
