Full-Time Graphic Designer with Packaging Experience

Job Description
We are a multi-disciplinary design consultancy specializing in all facets of retail design. An established international agency, we are known for creating beautiful, dynamic and innovative solutions for global luxury brands.
Currently, we are seeking a passionate and highly creative mid-level designer for our New York office to help further establish our graphic and packaging design capabilities. The ideal candidate should have three to five years of graphic and packaging design experience from conception through production and should be comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment where independence and self-motivation is required. Preferably, the ideal candidate will have significant experience in the luxury health and beauty area. We are looking for someone who is energetic with an optimistic attitude and is able to bring to the table a strong sense of style and an eye for detail.
Main responsibilities:
* Design and develop graphic identities for a variety of brands
* Design and develop packaging solutions for a variety of products and brands
* Design and develop internal marketing collateral
* Create brand guidelines for a variety of clients
* Communicate and liaise directly with clients
* Manage the printing and production process
* Support the retail design team with graphic support, from creation of mood boards through designing environmental graphics
